Robin Hood's Stride - Added to Iconic Landscapes and Ancient Sites in East Midlands

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

A popular and photogenic stone outcrop in the Derbyshire Dales.

There is limited parking a Cratcliffe Parking Area (///length.overlaps.rocks)

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 04/04/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I want to fly here @Earwig, but there are no parking or take off and landing markers. Would you be able to add some to the map please?

You can add them directly to the map by clicking here.

Thanks

To be fair, it does say, “There is limited parking at Cratcliffe Parking Area (///length.overlaps.rocks)”. That last is a what3words location, in case you aren’t familiar, but Google Maps will find Cratcliffe Parking Area.

Nevertheless, I have also added a parking marker to the Drone Scene entry.

As for TOAL; wherever takes your fancy, as long as it’s safe.

In @GarethBaker73‘s defence, his post was completely automated :see_no_evil:

Thanks Jez

We’re just trying to enhance the locations on the map that were added before Parking and TOAL marker functionality existed

Ah. Fair enough, then. I’ll lay the helpless tone firmly at the feet of the automation authors then.
