Rough Seas & Brave Swimmers at St Agnes, Cornwall

My latest clip is from St Agnes a couple of nights ago, just before sunset. The seas were unexpectedly rough, & suddenly, 6 swimmers dived into the sea & swam out. I was amazed, as to me, it looked dangerously rough, but they were obviously strong, experienced swimmers.

Many thanks to Caroline Threadgold and Helen Powell at Newquay Surf Community for helping me get the swimmers permissions to publish the footage. Hope you enjoy

Thanks so much for the kind comments

Love the wave shots , very dramatic, what was the wind like?

Why did yo have to get permission to show the swimmer? You were to far way to identify, and, they are out in public anyway.
Not saying you should not ask, just curious why you would feel it necessary?
