I’d hazard a guess and say these images are created using AI, Russ

AI? Don’t be ridiculous! We don’t have the budget for that kind of technological nonsense. We do have a very talented team of scribes and illustrators though - seen here arriving for another fun day in the RTF offices:

THIS IS MY ENTRY

The location is Frankley Reservoir what3words /// The simplest way to talk about location errm a sorta lakeish… I did like this picture so I thought I would post this.
We went yesterday 12th May 2024 and for the first time trying this competition to win the car and speedboat. What?? no car… or speedboad… Oh ok. I do not think this lake would be accessible for the boat anyway.
Aircraft was a Mavic 3. Camera was … the mavic one.

There was a lake right next to me but I chose this.

“Well, thank you very much for being such a good sport, Russ. You have been a great player and we hope you have enjoyed your time here today.”

“But, before you go back home, let’s have a look at what you would have won …”

You mean there was a car… whoo… ok show me a pic of the car and I will see if it was worth it. Can you pick a car that would make me cry at losing… There are a couple…

Is it strictly limited to “lakes” though ? I’d have thought reservoirs could / should be included ( and perhaps large ponds too):wink:

Only one way to find out but on asking Alexa what the definition is…

This is a competition that has a subject decided by popular vote from a choice of three, selected at random from a pool (lake?) of subjects suggested by the GADC membership.

It is judged by votes from the membership.

So we suggest that the definition of “lake” can be left to the competitors and their judges, this is a free and easy competition - unlike the dreaded Birthday Challenge!

“Any or various pigments produced from animal”
Great I’ll fly my drone up and down the paint section in B & Poo :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Looking forward to this so much. When is this starting again ?

Ahh The Scots amongst us only have one Lake in Scotland, the rest are Lochs :wink:

Depends on whether we can con enough mugs into acting as judges, Six years of Birthday Challenge and Treasure Hunt has severely depleted the available pool of the gullible yet pschotic people who might be coerced.

I’d offer my services, but I’d have to rule myself out (regular psycho , well the wife reckons I am, specially just after I’ve grabbed her gently by her throat):rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
