One of the more popular flying sites on here, I thought I’d test out my new ND filters as I passed Ruthven Barracks in the winter sunshine. Sadly, I got it badly wrong and totally burned out the sky - one for me to learn from!

Nevertheless, the scenery is as gorgeous as ever so I thought I’d post it anyway.

It looks fine to me watching it on the laptop, so I am puzzled what you mean by the phrase?

With each pass getting closer and closer, giving glimpses inside, I was anticipating the build-up to a slow, top down, pass over it.

So is there a Part 2 ? :grin:
