Waypoints is not an option on the Mini 3 Pro - however is there any clever way to repeat a particular photograph at the same point on different days over a period of time?
I guess you could manually line up visual reference points

Until such time as DJI make the api available for the Mini3 Pro, for Litchi to do their thing … I’m not sure there is.

Nothing, not even Litchi, will create all the shots in perfect alignnment - you’d still need to use PhotoShop (other software is available) to get them in perfect alignment.
By flying to a specific lat/lon and height above the same take-off point, you can still probably achieve what you want, by use of reference points, as @MartG1960 suggests?

Take a downward shot and note the height when you are at the location. Print it off and then you should be able to replicate the position providing you take off off from the same place and nothing has changed on the ground.

You can do a hyper-lapse with waypoints and save the mission
