Ive got the note 10, it didnt like the lock slide that holds cable to phone, I removed the slide part and just attach phone to grip then connect usbC, fits and connects a lot more smoothly. No issues.

@McSteamy2010 what happened to your old iPhone? Factory reset it re log into the app store on wifi re install GO4 and hey presto a drone phone keep it in the case with the drone 
this is what I do. I’ve got a drone phone my old galaxy s9

Ah would of been ideal if my children didn’t get my old phones. 
S20 seems okay now just can’t use the slide part where the cable sits in the remote.
