Land owner permission not required.

Parking available (currently £1.40 per hour). Nice RNLI lifeboat station next to car park free entry with a small volunteer cafe inside,

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 14/04/2024. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Good information, just to clarify a small point the lifeboat station is not RNLI it is an Independent Lifeboat.
