Wanted to test the new barrel roll feature, seems a great tool for real videophiles, no idea when or where I would ever use it, but alas a great new feature from DJI
How does this work, Mark? Is it a button in the app you press to spin the gimbal 360° or a button on the new controller?
Can you manually rotate it? And at any speed? And stop it at some random angle if you want to?
A bit like the old up/down wheel on the controllers of old maybe?
You can map it, but it is set to C1 and right scroll wheel, it would be great for real videophiles, alas sending the Mavic 4 Pro back and buying the Air 3S and RC Pro 2, just too expensive for the Mav4Pro tbh and it is really violent at startup, would hate to start it near a cliff or riverbank and it go for a swim, plus the Air 3S is more usable when and if the new rules come in in Jan

Will pick up your other point in another thread.
Cheaper than flying to Australia, I guess …
Does the gimble move or is it digital?
It moves, can rotate 470 degrees one way and 90 the other
They must have spent a lot of money designing something software could do.
Great bit of kit, but not for a hobbyist, you need to be earning to warrant the cost
