I left the all day gloom in Stadhampton hoping the Chilterns would be above the mist on the 11th Jan. I cleared it as I drove up Watlington Hill. I walked down Shirburn Hill to the north a bit and spent an hour and a half entranced at the same spot, catching it with my DJI Air 2S, Olympus E-M1 Mk III and Pixel 7 Pro. Didcot Power Station can be seen blasting through the mist on the horizon in some shots. It was hard going back down into the gloom.

Particularly like the first one, it’s a corker.

Thanks, that’s with the Pixel 7 Pro tele! The panos need seeing on a large monitor ideally.

Hoping for more misty days soon, it transforms the landscape, and the Chilterns is often just on the edge.
