I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission not required.
This is a tricky area for drone photography.
Much of the land is owned by the National Trust (see their map ArcGIS Web Application), and/or by the Peak District National Park (see DEFRA map https://magic.defra.gov.uk/). Both have bye-laws which discourage (NT) or prohibit (PDNP) flying drones from their land.
PDNP bye-laws: https://www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0023/96332/Byelaws-for-Access-Land-1996.pdf
I've placed the marker at a roadside car park which is outside the NT land and not part of PDNP access land.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 19/09/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
