So you want to fly FPV?

Umm. I’d disagree. The bigger the cross section, the less resistance, so less of a voltage drop and less watts lost in heat.

I can recommend the Kingkong Hex300 from Hobbyking as they currently have it on sale for less than £40.

Pros:
It’s plug and fly.
Fully kitted with camera and 200mW 32ch VTX.
Even though it’s plastic construction it’s very tough.
Large enough to fly LOS without losing orientation.

Cons:
It’s only available in HK’s Global Store so shipping is an extra £20 and import fees a further £18.55.
The FC is a CC3D Atom so quite antiquated by today’s F7 FC’s. Though you can still install Betaflight on it and take advantage of some of the filter features without maxing out the processor.

I have two of these, the second one arrived earlier this week from HK. When I bought the first one, again in a HK sale, they were also selling the frame kits for £1.99 in the UK warehouse. I haven’t checked to see if they have the same offer on.

Nidge.

If there’s a badge for posting useless guff then I’ll gladly accept it.

HK are now showing it as out of stock and back to the original price £152.

My apologies
