The HDR feature in the free Google App Snapseed seems to bring the best out of Mavic images.

Very much personal preference - but I’d have taken the HDR down a notch … and the saturation. That said … still great pics.
I know what you mean. It’s a really hard landscape to replicate as it is incredibly vivid and saturated in real life, so if you want to give it even a small extra bit of punch it looks overdone.
I’ve been going there for 20 years and it still takes my breath away, particularly May and early June when things are blooming and it’s not too dry.
