Souldern Viaduct

Had a brilliant day out in Oxfordshire filming the Souldern Viaduct with the fantastic Mini 5 Pro.

Built by the Great Western Railway and completed in 1910 to connect Ashendon Junction and Aynho Junction. This cutoff route significantly shortened transit times between London Paddington and Birmingham Snow Hill.
The line exits the 1,155-yard Ardley Tunnel and crosses two separate brick-arch viaducts, built over small streams and tributaries feeding into the River Cherwell.
Situated just west of the historic village of Souldern, near the Northamptonshire border and the Oxford Canal
