What a total waste of money. You would think they would just want to finish it and get it in use. Some councils are daft. We had loads of flats built here (supposed to be for the commonwealth games but a lil birdy told me they were not planned for that). They are all sitting empty now wasting money. Birmingham council have no money and you can see why.

Strangely enough, a few houses have already “popped up” near the roundabout at the other end of this bit. Rumours are rife on whether this bit of useless road was just a ploy to build new houses.
