It was a tricky place to operate my DJI Mini 3 pro, with TOAL for most of my shots, close to a main road. Did my long shorts from a side road some 200 meters away next to a field :smiley:.

Lovely old building sensitively filmed. The stone is (geologically) Permian Era ‘New Red Sandstone’, laid down 280-odd mya, start of the dinosaurs, common in that part of the world and used for the Anglican cathederal in Liverpool. It is called ‘New’ to distinguish from the ‘Old Red Sandstone’ (no shit, sherlock), which comes from the Devonian Era, a mere 100mya earlier, blink of an eye, geological records go back 4,5kya. That is much redder and less purple.

I love trivia.
