Walk north from the parking marker about 500 meters on the grass verge (talk good walking boots) and you’ll see the estate from a high evaluated view near the roadside giving excellent views of the estate and should have no issues with VLOS from outside the estate boundary.
Be wary of road traffic when taking off and allow plenty of battery before landing to ensure landing is not rushed to again take into consideration of any traffic. A high vis may be advantageous if you want to make yourself highly visible as it is a 50mph road.
