On Saturday I got a text from a mate that a steam train was going over my local viaduct, lucky I had some batteries charged. It was a mad rush to get there and set up, the field was water logged, I stood in water ankle deep in my wellies though I found an island of ground just large enough to take off from. It’s been years trying to be at this place to capture a steam train which I’ve always missed due to one thing or the another.
