Hi,
I am a new drone owner DJI mini pro 5.
I can’t seem to get my flight logs into DJI Fly so i can sync them to Airdata UAV

Have you got dji fly set up to sync the logs with dji’s servers?
Airdata will then retrieve the logs from there.
Full details of the setup method here at Direct DJI Sync - Airdata UAV
Thanks Ian I will try it.
It seems DJI Go is not compatible with a mini pro 5?
I could not see via profile how to upload to the DJI cloud.
I have flight sync data;
Auto sync flight records
Flight record authorisation auto sync flight task
All are switched on.
All cages are empty

The controller should be setup as per this search result:
To sync flight logs for your DJI Mini 5 Pro, ensure you are using the DJI Fly app, as it handles synchronization automatically for this model.
First, confirm that your device is logged into the DJI Fly app with your DJI account. Then, navigate to the “Profile” section, select “Settings,” and tap on “Sync Flight Data.” Make sure the “Auto-Sync Flight Records” option is enabled, indicated by a blue slider.
This setting ensures your flight logs are automatically uploaded to DJI’s servers each time you open the app.
If automatic syncing is not working, manually trigger the sync by going to “Profile” > “More” > “Flight Records” and tapping the cloud sync icon in the top-right corner
Alternatively, you can manually transfer logs from your device: on Android, the files are located in Android/data/dji.go.v5/files/FlightRecords , and on iOS, you can access them via Finder by connecting your device and selecting the “FlightRecords” folder under the DJI Fly app
Also, make sure your controller has wifi turned on, in case it’s been accidentally turned off.
I recently had to go through a workaround as syncing was throwing an error.
Try the AirData app and see what response it is giving. It also provides the workaround and if that doesn’t work you raise a case. Mine was resolved in under a day.
Getting nothing on airdata, on Dgi fly hours,distance/flights all show as 0.
It seems for what ever reason i am not getting logs from my RC2 on to Dji fly / Dji servers?
You can manually transfer them from Android/data/dji.go.v5/files/FlightRecords onto Airdata.
I am IOS and Go does not seem to be compatible with a Mini pro 5
Ok.
I know nothing about IOS, so am unable to help you with that side of things ![]()
Use DJIFLY
I am using DjiFly, can’t get any logs into that programme.
Checked internet connections, all good.
Enabled sync flight data / auto-sync flight records.
Using iPad / iPhone
Have you followed the guides here ?
Use a PC log in to your Air Data account and follow the auto sync
It most certainly isn’t. Why are you even looking at the Go4 app with a Mini 5 Pro?
I am using DJI fly, but can;t get my logs on to it.
I have checked all the settings
