The ‘Point of Ayr’ lighthouse is disused, all the lamp equipment was removed many years ago but it makes a great landmark and fun for the kids to play around. Us photographers like it as well
It is a Grade II listed Building. Privately owned by a couple who bought it for £90,000 in 2012
