Hi all, just came across this forum and thought I’d sign myself up. I’m currently waiting the arrival of a mavic Zoom 2. Have flew drones before having previously owned a phantom 3 professional. I was just wondering if anybody has any tips on places to fly as I never really ventured out before when I had the phantom. I’m from Tamworth in Staffordshire.

Good choice on the zoom, lots of our members have it and have shared some great photos and videos from this tried and tested drone.
Take a look at, and perhaps add yourself to our members map. where you will find local folk who are always up for meets, we have lots of members in the midlands I’m sure some will be along soon to say hello.
