Tattenhall Marina - Added to Rivers and Canals in Chester, North West

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission obtained.

Tattenhall Marina is an ideal place to test out your skills flying over water. 9 miles from Chester, and just down the road from Beeston Castle.

Carpark is right next to the moorings and they have a great cafe if you feel peckish.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 17/10/2024. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

New to drone flying and came across this site. So my first place to fly my mini 4 pro was here. Purely for the beauty of the place and the fact that it’s conveniently only 9 miles from my house in Nantwich. A great place to fly over the water and the boats. I’d recommend it, but you need a nice day, I went at about 3pm on Jan 10th, the sun was on its way out already, and I managed to capture a little bit of footage.
