Good pics I live near Bispham did you have to inform the airport if flying near the tower etc ?
No tower is outside the airport NFZ.

I was told airport operates during certain hours and flights around area are find during the evenings, is this true?
As it’s an operational airfield regardless of operating hours with an ATZ (FRZ) permision is required from the airport.
However the tower is outside of the ATZ (FRZ).
No if you want to fly in a NFZ you need to contact ATC for permission, whatever time you want to fly.
