I don’t plan submitting entries for the challenge but I don’t think any points should be dependent on airdata which doesn’t talk to Potensic drones.
I do expect to help others get points, blue shirt ironed for the Beacon (Skem) meet ![]()

"Oh, you’ve brought a little disc? That’s sweet … "
<lays ribbed concrete pad>
(We’re just not very good at landing in the centre yet)
Wording now changed to “* A flight over water. Airdata (free accounts available) or similar proof is required if it is not obvious that the drone is above a body of water.”
As a matter of interest these are the supported drones in Airdata:
This is a link to an article on reading Potensic flight logs and an app for doing so
And this is Potensics own site for Atom2 log readings
I look down on them for I have a large drone landing pad and they have a medium one or none at all. I am a great pilot.
And I look up to him for he has a large landing pad but down on him for he has none. I am a good pilot
$%^%^* to you both. I hand catch my drone - I am an excellent pilot!
Everyone is far too young to remember this

I’m also playing the hyperlapse joker for an extra five:
Bringing the total points claimed to ten, please and thank you ![]()
Was approached by a couple of security guards from the Barclays building whilst I was flying … thought they were going to tell me to leave but they just asked if I there was any chance I could take out a couple of the seagulls whilst I was up there, laughed and walked off. ![]()
TEN tracks, THREE trains - no extra points for overkill.
Love the hyperlapse and the music - looks like a massive model railway like Rod Stewart would build ![]()
Ten points to you, Joe.
Ditto - Thomas The Tank, love it ![]()
This is my entry for challenge item number 6. A pier or Jetty, taken with a Mini 4 Pro. 1 bonus point is claimed for a boat tied to a Jetty. Taken 11.06 on 15th August at Fradley Marina, Sale Lane, Fradley, Staffs.
I also claim a 5 point Joker for a flight over water as per this airdata screenshot
Persistence pays off!
Seven points in total ![]()
Ta v muchly.
My challenging forays are paused whilst DJI fix my drone.
Good luck - motor blocked message we believe. If you share your Airdata as @macspite suggests in the other thread the people in there should have some valid ideas. DJI are fairly quick at sorting problems ![]()
We are due a week of strongish winds at ChallCom HQ, if you are in for the same sort of weather then you shouldn’t lose too many flying days!
Thanks Stevie and welcome to the Challenge
That’s the kind of close, clear shot we really appreciate!
Looks like the farmer or the contractor has splashed out on a new Case combine, let’s hope he is in a part of the country where yields aren’t too badly affected by this year’s weather.
We realise this is your first submission but we need to direct you to the rules for entries:
All images for consideration must be posted in this thread with the number and name of the object claimed, the bonus points claimed, the time, date and location of the image and the drone used to take the picture. Feel free to add further information to impress your fellow contestants and amuse the judges.
We will let you off this time ![]()

Excellent.
Blue landing pads as well! But who is the gentleman in the maroon top that is risking you losing a point for not everyone wearing blue?
S*d it! It’s our Birthday after all. Full six points to you, Eric and welcome to the Birthday Challenge!
Sorry for letting the side down, I haven’t got a blue top (that I can still fit into anyway).
