Land owner permission obtained.
Balvenie is an old Distillery located in Dufftown, the Car Park is above the distillery and just outside a rail NFZ, it is also locted in a small wood, which means take off is only possible with extreme care and set your RTH height accordingly.
Flight permission can be obtained by emailing the Distillery,a lthugh they will not llow overflight, and will normally only approve if you are booked onto a tour.
Drone flight was from the car park, and with advance permission obtained.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 25/10/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
