Terms of attendance to the BM June 2025

  • Grey Arrows Drone Club (The Club)

  • Cabin View, Harley Way, Brigstock, Kettering NN14 3JD (The Farm)

  • The Welland Gliding Club (1KM North East of TOAL)

  • Harley Lodge (Big house 375M North East of TOAL)

Gates open at 13:00 Friday the 6th June

No tents to be pitched until guests have checked in with a Committee Member

No drone flights will take place on the farm before the first safety brief at 14:00 on Friday. Additional safety briefs will be held on Saturday and Sunday.

The Club or the Farm accept no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur

First aid and fire extinguishers are available, Please see any committee member if you require assistance.

No ground-level BBQ or fires

Take all your rubbish home with you, sheep will be grazing in this field on Monday.

Due to the proximity of The Welland Gliding Club and livestock on the farm, temporary flight restrictions as dictated by the club will be in effect at certain times of the weekend. These will be clearly stated in the safety briefings and signed at the takeoff and landing area. Any such restrictions MUST be adhered to for all flights.

All drones must take off from the designated takeoff points.

Do NOT overfly the camping or parking areas.

Do NOT overfly the FARM or HARLEY LODGE

Please adhere to the DRONE CODE at all times.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead or tethered if camping, Please remember to clear up after your dog and take all waste home with you.

No petrol generators to be used after 23:30 till 07:30

Participation in the Grey Arrows Drone Club’s Big Meet (6-8 June 2025) is voluntary.

All attendees are responsible for their equipment and safety.

Club members attend at their own risk. The Club and the Landowner will not accept liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur.

Attendees must adhere to all airspace regulations and the Club’s safety guidelines.

Fly responsibly, adhering to the Drone and Model Aircraft Code and all directions given during the safety briefings.
