Important reminder
Due to the number of people attending and the weather forecast and ground conditions, NO ONE should make camp before checking in with a member of the Committee on Thursday so we can assess the conditions and utilise the space best for a smooth event and all our safety.
Gates open at 1300.
See you all there, and as a final reminder this thread (as is the norm for Big Meets) will close on Thursday morning to be replaced by ‘what happens at the Big Meet thread’
All enquiries can be made through there, any major issues please DM one of the committee members.

To those who are new to the meet… you will find the committee far right corner of field. Look for the flag. If you see a flag with Foleys on it… Wrong flag…
Looking forward to meeting old and new.
Also when you get to farm there are two gates next to each other. Use the left gate.

Update from the farm
Farmer has cut us a nice access path, please make sure you follow this up to the camping area, then look for the Committee area in the top right hand corner, sign yourself in then make camp
