The Cairnwell - Added to Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Scotland

Finally got round to finding where I flew from last year. This location is on the A93 in the Cairngorms National Park. Nice big layby and lovely views.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 27/02/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

This brings back memories, haven’t been up there since my Munro bagging days. Some of the easiest of the Munros to climb as the car park at the ski centre is about 2000ft up.
