Yeah, unfortunately the sale fell through. The area took a bit of a hit because of job losses etc.

Me either - spent many a year there servicing/repairing servers, PCs, printers, etc and did so at most of the refineries down that way.

I prefer to use my bike rather than my car at every opportunity. Let’s see how many kilometers there are this year :upside_down_face:

Unfortunately I couldn’t find your video :man_shrugging:t2:

Yes lets hope for decent cycling weather. It’s been a bit pants here recently. The bit with me cycling in the water is in the flood video on my YouTube channel.

This mornings view from the garden.

Nice shot Steve :+1:
I know it well

Testing my new M2M… although I did not see the flock of Canada geese swinning on the flooded pasture(lake) and when I went overhead there was a lot of noise from them preparing to take off being spooked by the overfilght so I got the mini back sharpish…

This morning after getting up I saw that fresh snow had fallen in the night
When the sun finally came up, I went for my first photos in the snow …

My first Dronie :relaxed:

This afternoon I drove to the nearby telecommunications tower, hoping to take some nice photos.
Unfortunately it was enveloped by a thick blanket of clouds

And I didn’t expect that …

Looks like ice on the trailing edge of the propellers. Did the drone handle OK when in the air?

There is ice on the leading edge.
I couldn’t see it in the cloud, but on the approach i found that it was restless in the air.
