Sunday 3-4.30 pm was gorgeous, and a clear night too. Even today is blue skies here in Wiltshire

Not so nice further north
Hence why I’m more than happy to get turned back when showing my passport to go further than the M4.

I’ve wanted to capture Avebury at sunrise for some time, but have always been too lazy. Today, I managed to get up and out there, prior to the bus loads of tourists turning up.

Today was a bit of risk with the blustery winds and the rain - in fact I was taking these photos and then the rain started!
Maybe with nicer weather I’ll get a chance to get some better shots for the challenge.

Well, the long roads around the Latchford Locks don’t have any lines on the side (I parked up on the curb while flying here).
There is a convenience store with a car park there (top left in the second picture)
but I don’t know how they would feel with a number of people depending on the place.
