Is care refresh ok to use if not using DJI apps? Sorry for off thread but wondered.
No record of anyone having had it refused from using Litchi … or any one of several similar apps.
After all, DJI release the SDK so that Litchi (and others) can develop tools that can interact with our drones - so it would be a bit farcical for DJI to not accept their use.
Thanks, I have no clue but knew someone here would. Cheers
@stevesb I’d thought I’d gotten to the point where I considered dawn and sunset scenes a cliche … then one comes along that chages my mind. I like it Steve.
Thanks words of encouragement from “ones peers” is always appreciated.
Great shot
I was thinking of going there next week, perhaps I will delay it a bit
Why a cliche?.
A lot of planning, time, early get ups, late turn ins are involved not to mention what you do in post. Sometimes more than a drone vid.
I’d never consider any either landscape, sunset/sunrise, coastal, abstract image or otherwise done by anyone a cliche.
Knew I should have gone for that shot!!
I was driving up to to Hatch Brook Waterfall (well, gush😂) this morn around 630am, up the M6. Foggy as fook and all I had in mind was take the next turn off and get the Air2s above the fog because I knew what type of shot I’d bag.
Kudos to you mate, lovely shot extremely jealous:rage:
@Leylo1971 No argument from me Ady; although I personally don’t take a week, or more researching content, writing dialogue, recording same and finally editing it in the hope that someone might like, or learn something from it, with a photograph. Perhaps that’s why mine are are rubbish compared with most!
Personal choice I guess; I’m no expert in photography or video and I like a good well thought out composition regardless of the subject and appreciate the skill and effort taken in the process, but have seen lots of bad ones (IMO) rescued by a rising or setting Sun. Each to his own I say.
Definitely a good idea. No idea how long the works are planned for, but clearly not a quick job.
That is an amazing image worthy of framing and putting up on the wall. Good luck with the competition
