Always pays to stop until the sun has sunk, can often result in some nice colours

And then after sunset. Taken today. With very bright lights around the ice rink. Technically, this is also a selfie.

Sometimes you have to make the best of things when given a dull subject to capture. Today’s assignment was a roundabout but luckily the winter sun made it look pretty.

I’ve never really got my head around why the council think a roundabout needs traffic lights.
It’s either a junction with lights…or a roundabout.

We have a lot to learn from those foreign road planners, it all seems to flow well even in busy area’s that I’ve been riding through abroad.

Brilliant, I might have to have a go in the next few weeks :star_struck:

This is easily my favourite thread on this forum - amazing to see the great pictures everybody is taking

Here is one of Welford Tree Christmas Farm, Northamptonshire, at Sunrise as I was asked to take some material for them

Screen grabs from this weeks YouTube video of Kiplin Hall in North Yorkshire. Fabulous place and it’s not owned by the National Trust or English Heritage!! Shame about the roof repairs but what can you do!!
