Repurposed containers are no longer, to our understanding, containers and certainly not the 40-foot dry freight (general purpose) ISO containers that will earn you a bonus.
In much the same way, if we had asked for a picture of pine trees and you presented us with a few boxes of matches, claiming them as repurposed trees, we would not allow that
