Ian sorry but we can’t accept this image as what you claim is a tree, which seems to be playing hide and seek from the camera in the aerial photo, when zoomed in it still just looks like a stake. Also the image shows two groups one of the mature trees and the other the young saplings.
If we’re…. lucky
Okay

I’m claiming 3 ponts for a public park with 7+ boats on. Peasholm park in Scarborough.
DJI mini 4 pro
Here is a hyperlapse of the lake showing the boats not attached to the side.
Heres a link to the park itself.
Thanks for the hyperlapse Hamish but we can’t take it into evidence as a still photo was called for. Fortunately your picture does show more than the required seven boats with two sneaking off to go behind the trees for a session of who knows what!

The trees are new sapling on new housing estate because branches are quite thin I have taken images at ground level starting at fence towards the top of the grassed area
Sorry John but the drone photo really doesn’t make the saplings visible, certainly not to the standard that we expect. The only reason we know that they are there are firstly because of the shots from the ground that gave us the clue as to where to start or arboreal “Where’s Wally?” session and secondly because we are able to examine the image at large magnification.
We are rejecting your entry but you are free to supply a different photograph to illustrate this subject.
We know that it is late in the completion and that people are desperate to get those last few possible points but we cannot accept images that don’t comply with the requirements of the Challenge:
A single clear picture of the subject and any bonus items earns points.
Subject and bonus items being claimed must be clearly visible.
The objective illustrated must be framed as the dominant subject of your image; the judges may disqualify images they consider do not match this requirement.
I believe it would make the saplings more visible if I take the shot a lot closer to the fist one and at a lower height. Whist you are rejecting the image can I submit same location but shot from a different angle and height. is that acceptable??
You can certainly use the same location as the image you submitted, for competition purposes, doesn’t exist.
The main problem is that tiny green leaves against a background of green grass disappear. At high magnifications all we see are random green pixels.
Maybe a lower handle so that the leafy part of the saplings show against the grey of the road might help,
I claim one bonus point for:
I claim two points total, please and thank you
