And clearly visible means that we shouldn’t have to spend our evenings zooming in to pictures in order to try and decipher what they are.

Hi Joe @JoeC, it definitely only looked like one outboard motor on the blue boat, I think it was a more powerful one if the size was anything to go by, they do have water skiing further up the creek but none were there today.

The blue one and the one on the right both have their big, beefy motors for a bit of oomph, but on the camera-side they both have littler ‘kicker’ motors. Usually for better manoeuvrability when needed (e.g. for fishing) or as a redundancy for the big one. A whole host of options for that 2nd point. 
Here is the flag in a pole on the garden side of the wall so hoping you’ll agree with my original claim. Will try and make next shots less ambiguous!
