From a drive in The Trossachs last night, jumped out the car, grabbed this handheld and got straight back in as the midges were out in force. Didn’t even think of getting the drone out, they were that bad.

Finally! Caught this absolute beauty flying into Southampton Airport with a blue sky background and an evening sun warmth, after it had spent the day at Enstone and flying up the Wye valley.
1951 Grumman Albatross
The following day (Monday), it bogged off to Marseille … and today it’s flying around in the Riviera out of Nice.
The sound this makes when it starts its take-off run is more beautiful than it is visually.

Visited Hitchin Lavender today and was told no drone flying allowed - took the Mavic Air 2 some distance outside the property and when launching it the craft seem to have difficulty finding a signal and it decided to attack my spotter - cut chin + five other wounds from the blades. 
However the Pocket 2 produced a scene
