I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Surrey County Council Byelaws do not restrict UAV use. So TOAL from Norbury Park. Easy to keep VLOS and away from everyone else even if the car park is busy. Easy to keep clear of other aircraft.
There is a model aircraft club that flies in a private field nearby but easy to keep clear.
