The drone is an ImmersionRC Xugong 2Pro, which has folding arms. I think what happened is one of the plastic clips that holds each arm in place gave up, and the rear right arm folded backward into the frame.
It was an easy fix, just needed to replace some plastic clips (designed to break in a crash) and replace one motor.
