The Unofficial GADC Reason To Fly Competition

The Inaugural Reason To Fly Competiton starts on Sunday 20th. We need a subject so, to save Steve or I too much thinking we will let YOU choose.

The potential subjects are:

    • A bridge or bridges
    • A crane or cranes
    • A twilight shot of a roundabout

0 voters

You can vote whether or not you intend to enter the competition - but why wouldn’t you participate?
The result of the poll will be announced on the evening of Saturday 19th and a photograph or video (taken while the competition is open) can be posted at any time between Sunday 20th September at 00:01 and Saturday 3rd of October at 23:59

The image that gets the most likes wins!

WE HAVE A PROBLEM!

The poll was moved to this thread as the GADC committee got fed up with me littering posts all over the place and combined several items.

But when they picked up the poll to place it in its new thread some of the votes fell out and were swept up with the rubbish.

SO: COULD THOSE WHO VOTED BEFORE 13:00 today (Monday) PLEASE RE-VOYE?

Great idea Steve, unfortunately I had heart attack on Saturday, recovering well but I can’t drive for four weeks so I’m grounded😡
Will pick it up and join in end October

Sorry to hear about the heart trouble but glad you are alive to let us know about it.

Sad story - when I was in the heart ward every single one of us told a similar story to the doctors doing the rounds:

“Well Doc, I was feeling really rough and had some pain but thought it was indigestion so I carried on. Two days later I still felt under the weather and the missus persuaded me to see the GP …”

GUYS! DON’T IGNORE SYMPTOMS! SEE THE QUACK.

BETTER AN ALIVE BIG JESSIE THAN A STIFF UPPER LIP STIFF!

Take it easy Steve (unless you fancy being a judge) and DO obey the medics, We’ll set a special October competition subject just for you

@McSteamy2010 is.

He’s looking to eliminate the opposition for the next official GADC Challenge. He’s had me slaving away for the past few days while he swans around taking pictures. And I have had a quintuple bypass!
