I was looking at Drone Scene yesterday and was reminded about Thornton Abbey. It’s a real shame that there’s nothing on their website to say that it’s closed long term for repairs. I knew it was closed but went anyway - there was no-one around, so I just got to the gate and flew from there. I did get a brief warning from DJI saying I was in close proximity to an airfield - but there were no flight restrictions. Lots of places to park up and get views…
