Tilgate Playing Fields - Added to Parks and Recreation in South East

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Car park is at the end of Gainsborough Road (bays can be a little small).

There is a play park in the field but it is a wide area and was able to fly without any issues or complaints.

Tilgate forest has posters all over saying no drone flying the playing fields do not and Crawley Council don't have any bylaws in place.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 28/05/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Born, and spent my first 19 years, in Tilgate.

I can recognise Campbell’s Lake there, and in the distance is my secondary school, Thomas Bennett (although it is an entirely new building now).
