I have mentioned before, anyone who is affected (restricted) by the TMBC Protection Order that its only for 3 years and must be coming up for renewal shortly, this is the time to make a concerted objection to it being renewed, the more objections made will help in preventing it from being reinstated. On its original implementation I believe they only had 1 objection so now is the time to start looking at the procedure and when appropriate get those objections in, to prevent it being in force for another 3 years. TMBC is Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council. Tunbridge Wells is TWBC.
Is it TMBC or TWBC that you are referring to?
