This small plane is 17 grams. On the CAA site it still is not allowed in many areas. Would I be arrested and sent to prison? Is it not a question of common sense?

Your first question was about balloons and your second question is about toy planes.

I’d recommend you join a club for toy planes (or balloons) and ask them. They’ll be better equipped to advise you.
