After a month of wondering around the 3D Printing rabbit warren, I thought I’d give TPU filament a go.
I’ve printed the same small O4 Lite camera mount three times, using different filament settings from YT and Makerworld, but the final prints always come out too small.
So I assume, either the model is correct or the printing process causes the TPU to shrink when cooling.
The filament I’m using is Sunlu TPU HS 95A.
Printer BL A1 Mini.
The filament has been dried and stored on a sealed bag with silicone granules / pellets.
Can anyone offer some advice please.
Never had this issue. So a quick google says a shrinkage rate of about .4% when 3D printed. So i wouldn’t have thought fitment would be a huge issue, especially with it being flexible.

As you have found out TPU is a bugger to work with, my daughter never tried TPU on hers or her new A1, saying that I have never really had any shrinkage at all.
There is a great Bambu Labs group that is dedicated to all their printers and subsections to each model, maybe ask on there or search for that issue, you’ll manage the group easily as it’s built on the same platform as this one
