I transfer my photos and videos to my iPhone 14 or my IPad by a card reader

I just use the DJI app. I’ve not stored any media on the RC (not got a mini SD card for it, but download straight to iPad/iPhone using the DJI app from the drone.

I do the same as banjonic, I just use a card reader and transfer to iPad or iPhone and delete once transferred, I find it quite quick have the choice of what I want to download, keep or delete.

Hi : I transfer my vids from RC2 contoller to the quick transfer via the Go App … to my iPhone 13 max.
My videos is normally 4K 30 / 4K 60 The videos seems ok But hasn’t got that kind of clarity or sharpness Doing this transfer is it go into high resolution? Or low Resolution? Or is there better way to transfer to my iPhone. Thank you. Steve .

Get a card reader

I have a card reader :+1:. With the mini 3 pro it go’s on to SD card then to iPhone via reader. With the mini 4 pro … is different. Despite having the SD card in place the videos go internal storage Not on SD card … that doesn’t. Make sense to me :joy: There is a way to get into sd card via RC2 controller … but such a process to do …

Change the storage from internal to sd card

Yes … done that. Storage to card … but still don’t go to my SDCard … been a few issues on YouTube videos on this … it manly cos the mini 4 pro has a large internal storage. 32gb despite having on SD card …set in RC2

I am lost :man_shrugging:

The setting for storage is in the fly app under Camera /storage location

Take a screen shot of it and post it

Try formatting the card on the rc2? I know I had a few issues with the air 3 doing the same but I formatted the card and it worked after that.
