Thanks for the offer of the walther. had one ages ago thanks. Part of my collection is the Walther Reign mk2. I have 6 rfiles as it is and 3 pistols.
All ive done to the trike is fit windshield and i have motorbike camera mount fitted.Alarm and so on.
I video when ever i have to go on the road.Had some very nasty situations regarding car drivers doing insane things.
8 eh - mine’s 6.2. Had it a month now, so when I was looking at the fastest off-road capable machines I did see the trikes. The single centre wheel is good over rougher terrain.
I’m limited by the vehicle to transport it in though, so got something more traditional!
I am also just looking to trade in my Rotex for something lighter. Settled on an Air Arms S510 Core. Should be getting it next week.
I know what you mean by being on the road in a chair. It is the most vulnerable I have ever felt, such that I avoid it as much as possible. I think they give the impression of being faster than they are, and so people don’t realise initially how slow we are.
Do you have a 360 camera?
S510 core is a great rifle. I have a S400 that has been heavily modded. Rat works tune and reg, laser engraved plus form Stock.
Ive got a small hidden camera on the bars of the trike as well as mount for mobile.
Trike is my only form of tranpsort, but im lucky i live a stones thrwo from the Pennine trail. Im able to travel on that until i get into town.
Had car drivers scream and shout “get off the effin road”.Even had one nutter drive across lane and head straight for me, swerving at the last possible moment.
The only reason i was on the road was because of cars parked half way on the curb. Young women with pushchairs having to go onto the road as well.
Seems to me folk have gone nuts.
How about adding some decals to make it look similar to a police car? That has proven effective back when I was biking.
Horse riders by me have the word “Polite” on their clothing, with a blue/white checkered pattern. As at a glance it looks like “Police”.
Mind you, these days that may make you a bigger target?
yes current state of police in the country today would be like puttung a target on my back
