Nice one! When i checked thete was a notam on drone assist for that area so double check before you go

Do you want the link and details yourself? Or would it be for the original poster?
For two reasons, really.
- Just saying “there is a NOTAM” isn’t all that informative, and pasting the details would save others a lot of time
- Also … I see no NOTAM …

Its ok to double check thankyou. Thats what you coyld say in your message. Instead of asking for more info when youve probably checked yourself.
This is why pasting the details can be helpful. 
You totally miss the point. Others could wonder why they can’t find it … and more info in the initial post would clarify things.
It could even have been one for the future that’s been removed.

Strange that it’s live right now (13:30 GMT to 15:30 GMT) but not showing in Drone Scene. (… or Drone Assist … but they use the same Altitude Angel data anyway)
Also strange that the location in the NOTAM (51 19 N 002 28 W) is actually a location to the SW of Bath … not anywhere near Tonbridge Wells.
But neither does it appear in that location on Drone Scene.
I think Altitude Angel must have pulled it, for some reason.
Edit: Ah - missed the 264 nm radius … which is big … but doesn’t explain why it’s not appearing.
Aircraft route …
A big plane to be tootling along at 225kts at 2,500ft …
All TMB Council areas parks etc including Dunlorlan Park etc have an Open Space Protection Order which is lawful and bans Drones.
They don’t have a Bylaw but this Order was instigated the other year and lasts for 3 years and legally bans you from flying there.
I’ve yet to hear of anyone being prosecuted for it but it is a legal order, if prosecuted I believe it is classed as a criminal,offence .
So please be warned,

I’m sorry I don’t know for definite. But the OSP Order more than likely covers it. I have been pursuing this matter for over a year now,
You will need to go on their site and check out the Orders definition and precisely what areas it covers.it could be helpful it you could post your findings and the exact situation on here for the benefit of all members. Also read up on when the order is due to expire as that is the time to lodge a concerted objection to it.
