interested to know what the consensus is…
I have been chasing up councils who I found had responded to the bylaws survey that was carried out as I found that some were economical with the truth. I did suggest that perhaps other members should check out whether their bylaws are in fact legit.
TWBC tried telling me they had, but by the time I had exhausted all their arguments, they had introduced the OSP Order with hardly any consultation with interested parties only those who objected. That’s why I said the other day that there was a lot of effort by certain people to get the council to own up under Freedom of Info act. And it wouldn’t hurt for others to check those replies are valid. I’ve done my nit just feel it’s down to others to appreciate what the original guys did in getting the survey. I don’t live in TW area but just giving a heads up to help others. Ill always answer question where I can. Maxpower.
