Hi just thought if anyone is interested in getting some video/photos of two steam train on saturday at carlisle heading south on the barrow track here is an article giving more information, Might rain later in afternoon.
oh if you plan to drone at seascale, no fly zone due to sellafield, but check your app for a more precise area, of where you can fly at that region you also have eskmeals area to avoid, not sure if train track goes near that location though. please check

will you be uploading any drone footage, i used to live near workington. I done iggusund a while ago that was good, nice weather, summer feels so long ago, lol. Just done silloth the other week, kept losing signal over a certain part of the main park, around it fine but one bit no signal.
I used to live in flimby, travel down often, done some flying at maryport/flimby/workington/silloth, also stagecoach carlisle and workington, would like to do cockermouth and kendal,
I think harrington is popular, but saying that with it being popular, might be alot of drones. But as you say the rain. If i hear about any more steam trains i will post. You could try M-sport at dovenby, take off from public footpath. They do have a race track there, but would love to be there when they are on the track that would be amazing.
