TOAL is on a PROW (The Cotswold Way). It's not very clearly marked on the ground but it runs along the southern edge of this site.
Picture is facing west towards the River Severn with South Wales in the background.
Taken with Mavic Air, 130ft AGL.

It’s a great place to fly. There is a large green space with benches to sit on, plus you have the tower as a point of interest and really great views towards the Severn Estuary. You might be able to fly to the BT tower at Wooten-Under-Edge but haven’t yet tried this. Parking is in a lay-by on the road next to a cemetery almost directly under the tower - space for about half-a-dozen vehicles so may need to pick your time.
@Geordielad Dave what you see on drone scene from my own experience ie parking ( if your driving ) & the TOAL on the map is probably the best / easiest to follow,
If you do drive when you’ve parked up it’s about a 10-15 min walk up towards the monument, where a good grippy pair of boots / foot wear is best, ruck sack for your drone / back pack as you’ll find your need your hands at some point maybe using a tree or two to hold you up as it’s quite a steep walk, also watch your footings on the way back down as your feet start to run away from you , it’s well worth the trek up there & once your up you can see right across the river Avon on a nice day also you can see the severn bridges views are stunning go for it
