The UAV app is showing a lot of small air strips near where I live. Mostly seem to be connected to farms. Is this some sort of cliche?

I wouldn’t worry about it, CAA/NATS certainly aren’t.
There are no Flight Restriction Zones (FRZs) anywhere near that neck of the woods
